Two men who have faced misfortune recently will collide on the August 6 episode of WWE SmackDown.
Finn Balor will battle Baron Corbin one week after the former King of the Ring somewhat cost him his shot at the WWE Universal Championship.

On Friday night, Corbin attacked Balor during his contract signing with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Corbin tried to sign the contract himself, but John Cena stopped him. Cena then signed the contract and took Balor’s title shot. Given Corbin’s role in this outcome, the former NXT Champion will surely be looking for revenge next week. Meanwhile, Corbin will hope to pick up a win, as he is currently mired in a losing streak and a string of unfortunate events.
