Tommy End Releases Short Film Hyping His New Character, Malakai Blacks

Tommy End, formerly known as Aleister Black in WWE, is showing off his creative side following his release from the company.

In a post on Instagram, Black released a short film that also stars Josiah Williams. In the video, End plays a violent criminal, and he’s being detained in what appears to be a mental institution. End’s character, who the doctors call “Tom”, is wearing an eye patch, and he references being pushed into steel steps. This line and its corresponding prop, are a clear reference to his WWE run.

In a storyline, Black was blinded and forced to wear an eye patch after Seth Rollins and Murphy shoved him face-first into steel steps. The doctors tell him that this never happened, implying that the events from his WWE run only happened in his head. Plus, they remind him that he has been at the facility for five years, which is roughly the same amount of time his WWE run lasted.

During the video, the doctors also describe how Tom tried to kill a guard, and they also say that he fights other inmates. Tom then kills one of the doctors, rubs the blood on his face, and escapes the facility. At the end of the video, he sings “The devil made me do it” and laughs with an evil tone.

The post along with the video is as follows:

“I often wondered how many more there were, like in my head? Those voices. I don’t know which I prefer, the endless silence or the constant dialogue. I find them both equally frightening.”
