Austin Theory vs. Oney Lorcan
Lorcan clubs Theory and almost locks in an armbar. Theory lands a dropkick. Theory and Lorcan trade submission attempts. Theory and Lorcan trade European uppercuts. Lorcan takes Theory down and works over Theory’s leg. Theory lands a flurry of moves, capped off with a deadlift suplex. Lorcan chops the life out of Theory. Pete Dunne makes his way to ringside. After the break, Johnny Gargano walks down to the ring as well. Lorcan sits on the top rope. Theory pops up to the top rope and hits an Arabian press style Spanish fly for a near fall. Theory and Lorcan fall out of the ring. Dunne and Gargano start to fight and are eventually separated by referees and officials.
In-Ring Segment: Legado del Fantasma
Escobar complains about what Bronson Reed did to him last week. Reed interrupts and makes fun of Escobar, replaying the footage of him getting crushed over and over again. Escobar tells Reed to get in the ring. Reed obliges. MSK hits the ring to back Reed up. Escobar challenges them to match where the North American and NXT Tag Titles are all on the line. Escobar wants a winner take all match. Reed and MSK agree. Hit Row’s music hits and Swerve and co make their way to the ring. Hit Row stares down Legado, Reed, and MSK.
During a taped segment, LA Knight makes his case for why Ted DiBiase should pick him.
Backstage, Candice LeRae complains about Poppy being there tonight. Indi Hartwell says she has to find Dexter Lumis. He still loves her.
