As many would expect, AEW Dynamite is feeling the major effects by being shifted over to Friday evenings due to the NBA Playoffs as the ratings continue to show another drop in viewership.

According to Pro Wrestling Torch, Dynamite found itself battling once more as the TNT program only garnered 462,000 viewers this past Friday. This is down from the prior week’s 526,000 number.

This week’s episode was the follow-up to the Double or Nothing PPV as the program featured the unexpected debut of Andrade El Idolo, a brief promo from new signee Mark Henry, a “victory lap” celebration for The Inner Circle and a Bull Rope match main event between Dustin Rhodes and The Factory’s Nick Comoroto.

Double or Nothing happened to be a big success for the company as the PPV had 115,000 buys globally, accruing the company six million dollars, according to Wrestlenomics, making the show the second highest-selling AEW PPV of all time.
