IMPACT Wrestling Results

IMPACT Under Siege is shaping up to have major championship ramifications.

On the April 29 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Scott D’Amore announced that there will be a six-way number one contender match for Kenny’s IMPACT World Championship held on Saturday, May 15 and that there will be six qualifying matches to determine who enters the number one contender match.

On tonight’s episode, both Matt Cardona and Chris Bey qualified for their match. Cardona qualified by beating his former partner Brian Myers and Chris qualified by defeating Jake Something.

Sami Callihan also qualified by defeating Eddie Edwards. Despite that match ending in a disqualification due to interference from Kenny Omega and the Good Brothers, IMPACT confirmed Callihan’s ‘win’ will stick and he has advanced to the match at Under Siege. Recently, Sami has discussed wanting to get his hands on Kenny Omega and Don Callis.

Next week, Rhino will face Chris Sabin in a qualifying match and James Storm will go one-on-one with Moose.

In addition, Tasha Steelz and Kiera Hogan announced that they will be taking their Championship rematch against Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering for The Knockouts Tag Team Championship.

Following his appearance at the tail end of tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers now know what they will be doing at IMPACT Under Siege.

Omega will once again team with Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson against Eddie Edwards, David Finlay, and Juice Robinson in a six-man tag team match that will feature competitors from All Elite, IMPACT, and New Japan-Pro Wrestling.

IMPACT Under Siege will take place on Saturday, May 15. That same weekend, WWE will hold WrestleMania Backlash on Sunday, May 16.
