Jim Ross On AEW’s Return To Touring: ‘Looks Like We’re Going Back On The Road In July’

Slowly but surely, the wrestling world is returning to some semblance of normalcy.

With WWE WrestleMania 37, Vince McMahon’s company just held its first event with live fans in over a year. Meanwhile, All Elite Wrestling has been holding events with live fans in attendance for a while how, as it has been running limited capacity shows at Daily’s Place.

According to AEW commentator Jim Ross, the company is planning to take the next step back toward normalcy by returning to the road this summer. On his podcast, Grillin’ JR, Ross stated that AEW intends to resume its touring schedule as early as July.  (H/T Robert DeFelice of Fightful.)

“We’re getting our schedule together,” said Ross. “Looks like we’re going back on the road pretty aggressively, beginning in July. Getting back in front of a live audience is a blessing. I can’t wait. I will help everybody’s work. You can’t help but feed off of the adrenaline of the people and the audience surrounding you. Should be cool.”

WrestleZone will provide more details as they become available.
