Cesaro On Being Ranked Among WWE’s Top Stars: “I Want To Prove That I Can Do It”

Cesaro plans to leave everything he has in the ring at WrestleMania 37.

The Swiss-born superstar will have his first WrestleMania singles match when he faces Seth Rollins during night two of WrestleMania 37.

Cesaro recently appeared on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette and during the conversation, the pair got into where Cesaro ranks himself among current WWE superstars:

“This is my first singles match at WrestleMania, so the pressure is on,” Cesaro admitted to Paquette. “I want to show everybody that I deserve this and that I’m worth their support. I’m always under the impression of what can I do to get better, so there’s a lot of pressure. I’m never telling people I deserve it, I want to prove that I deserve it. I’ve been here for seven years and I’m still here and I’m doing well and that just speaks for itself. Actions speak louder than words because there’s a lot of people that can go out and say ‘I’m this and I’m that’ but I always say that ‘Talking Smack’ promo that I did wouldn’t have worked five years ago but it works now because people see my body of work and they know what I say isn’t just what I believe in, but it’s what I live by and what I do everyday. I’m not someone who just says ‘oh, I work hard and train everyday’ but they’ve seen me for the last eight or nine years doing it every single day.”
