Jordan Devlin wasn’t the only NXT UK superstar to make an appearance at tonight’s episode of NXT, as WALTER made a surprise return to the ring tonight, interrupting the end of a match to deliver a brutal assault to Tommaso Ciampa.
After Ciampa took down Marcel Barthel with a big Willow’s Bell, WALTER’s music hit, and the NXT UK Champion appeared on stage. As the two stared at one another, Aichner and Barthel both attacked Ciampa from behind, and WALTER came down into the ring and hit Ciampa with a huge chop that he followed up with a nasty Powerbomb.
