All Elite Wrestling Dynamite had its first women’s main event tonight as Thunder Rosa faced Britt Baker in an unsanctioned lights out match.

Both women took advantage of the no disqualification stipulation as they brawled outside and used chairs to start the match. Baker would drag Rosa into the ring after she missed a dive and went into a chair. Rebel would then introduce a ladder into the match, which Rosa would use to drive Baker’s face into. Both women were damaged at this point with both women’s faces visibly bloodied.

AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida was shown watching the match backstage and Rosa setup a table. Back inside the ring, Baker would land a big kick to regain momentum and flatlined Rosa into the ladder. Rosa would get revenge by hitting a Death Valley Driver onto the same ladder and got a two count after doing so. Baker would strike back with a DDT onto a chair and then hit a stomp onto the same chair for a shocking two count.

A bloodied Baker would then put on her glove and was handed a bag from Rebel. Baker then spread tacks all over the ring. Rebel would get bumped into the table and Rosa would powerbomb Baker onto the tacks for another two count. Rosa would escape the Lockjaw and then hit a Fire Thunder Driver onto a table for the win.
