After making his way to the main roster of Monday Night RAW earlier this year, Keith Lee already has a shot at the WWE Championship. Following a big win over Sheamus this week, Lee will now face off against Drew McIntyre during next week’s RAW Legends Night, and in a backstage interview with WWE, Lee said he would be going home with the title.
Immediately after his victory over Sheamus, Lee spoke with WWE backstage, where he spoke about his upcoming match against McIntyre. Despite being close friends with McIntyre, Lee said that the WWE Championship stands above him, and that he plans to win it on Legends Night. Lee also touched on his rivalry with Sheamus, and how McIntyre vouching for him also has had an effect on how he feels heading into the match.
