After a brief mat wrestling exhibition, the match devolves I not a slap fight. Atlas fires up but gets taken down by Scott. Triangle enziguri by Atlas. Scott gets upset and tries to psych himself up. After the break, Atlas hits a sunset bomb for a near fall. Atlas sets up the Rainbow DDT but Scott superkicks Atlas off the top. Scott hits a flurry of offense,
which is capped off with a brainbuster. Atlas kicks out. Atlas hits a poison ranna off the top but Scott lands on his feet. Atlas and Scott trade kicks. Atlas and Scott trade pin attempts. Neither can get a three count. Scott headbutts Atlas while they are tied up in the ropes. Scott hits his finish for the win.
