Asuka & Lana Defeat Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax For The Second Straight Week

Lana joined forces with the WWE RAW Women’s Champion Asuka to take on Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler this week on WWE RAW. Jax and Baszler’s loss to Lana and Asuka last week marked the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions’ first loss as a team. Lana took the fight to Baszler, but the former WWE NXT Women’s Champion overpowered her. Still, Asuka tagged in and took control. Jax and Baszler gained the upper hand, as they dominated Lana.

Lana got some breathing room when Jax crashed into the ring post, and she tagged Asuka. After the WWE RAW Women’s Champion rallied, Lana ultimately pinned Baszler when Asuka broke up the Kirifuda Clutch.
