Taya Valkyrie had an unexpected situation occur at her home last week as the IMPACT star happened to receive second degree burns from a candle received from a chocolate company.
Valkyrie mentioned on Twitter that she’s a big fan of Lily’s chocolate, and due to that the business sent her an influencer package. However, their candles happen to take to flame a little faster than expected.
Taya also stated in the tweet that the candle burned wildly and it charred her and her husband John Morrison’s wall and window. Due to her effort to put out the candle, Taya burned her hands and her face.
“Warning! I was sent an influencer package by @LilysSweets, I love their chocolate. Today I lit a candle they sent me. It burned like a torch, charred our window and wall and I just suffered 2nd degree burns on both hands and my face trying to put it out. UN F’N REAL!”

Morrison also took to Twitter to make note that they wouldn’t be having any of Lily’s products in their home anymore moving forward, stating that this wasn’t the only household who’s experienced such with their candles.
“I just threw away all the @LilysSweets in the house. Ours is not the only home that’s lit their candle that burns like a tiki torch. Be careful with Lily’s,” Morrison wrote.
