Tonight’s season premiere of Friday Night SmackDown featured the return of Lars Sullivan, who was drafted to SmackDown earlier this week after shocking the world with an appearance last week. Sullivan had his first official match tonight against Jeff Hardy, and in a dominant showing, Sullivan proved that he’s still very much the freakish athlete he always has been.
In the brief match against Hardy, Sullivan showed what makes him such a powerful superstar. Throughout most of the match, Sullivan was able to absorb any and all that Hardy had. Towards the end of the match, Sullivan was hit with a massive Twist of Fate, and as he climbed to the top rope, Sullivan quickly got caught, grabbing Hardy and landing a brutal Freak Accident on him for the victory.
