Despite some teasing on his part, Andrade isn’t going back down to NXT or leaving WWE after going undrafted in the 2020 WWE Draft.
According to Wrestling Inc, the former NXT Champion is undergoing a “minor elective procedure” that will put him out of action for about a month. Once he is back in the ring, it’s said that he will be receiving a “push.” Andrade was temporarily written off the show by getting attacked by Bray Wyatt after losing to former teammates Angel Garza.
In related news, PW Insider says that both Andrade and Mickie James, who also went undrafted, will wind up on RAW. So, don’t expect a brand change either.
