WWE Files For New Trademarks, Mia Yim Files To Trademark Her Name

WWE has filed to trademark the names of television shows and the alias of a top star. Meanwhile, Mia Yim files a trademark to keep her intellectual property.

WWE filed to trademark “The Game,” “Main Event,” and “Livewire”on October 8.

Main Event currently airs on Hulu and had been used in the 80s as a major primetime special on Friday nights. Livewire was a show that marked WWE’s first attempt to dive into the world of the internet with a USA Network show that aired on Sunday mornings and allowed for fan interaction. The following description was given for Main Event and Livewire:

“The Game,” which is, of course, the nickname for Triple H was filed for the following intended usages:
