North American Championship Match Qualifier: Johnny Gargano w/Candice LeRae vs. Ridge Holland
Gargano tells Holland that he doesn’t belong in the dame ring with him. Holland immediately slams Gargano. Holland locks Gargano in a Greco-Roman knuckle lock. Holland sends Gargano out of the ring with a shoulder tackle. Gargano lands a PK on the apron. Gargano stomps on Holland’s elbow. Holland counter with a vicious European uppercut. Gargano tries to go to work on Holland’s arm. Holland crushes Gargano with a clothesline. Holland pounds on Gargano in the corner. Holland whips Gargano into the corner. Gargano elbows Holland’s injured arm. Gargano and Holland trade strikes. Gargano locks Holland in a kneebar Holland escapes after a few kicks to Gargano’s face. Gargano lands a dive.
During the break, Holland drops Gargano on his head during a powerslam. The referee and LeRae check on Gargano. Holland is chomping at the bit. LeRae yells at Holland to stay back. Gargano superkicks Holland. Gargano tries the One Final Beat but Holland counters it. Holland swings Gargano by his head before hitting a powerslam. Gargano kicks out. Gargano lands a superkick and a series of clotheslines. Gargano hits the ropes but Holland pounces Gargano out of the air. Gargano rolls out of the ring. After a distraction from LeRae, Gargano attempts a spinning armbar but Holland counters and drops Gargano face-first on the apron. As Holland is getting back in the ring, LeRae low blows Holland. Gargano hits the One Final Beat DDT for the win.
