Eddie Edwards and Trey took each other on during tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, with the IMPACT World Championship on the line. Thankfully for Edwards, he was able to retain his title in a big win.
Edwards and Trey went at it in the ring, with each superstar having some solid chances to win early on. Things ended for Trey, however, when he missed an opportunity to dive onto Edwards from the ropes. After a near fall, Edwards was able to land a big slam onto Trey, followed by a vicious Boston Knee Party for the victory. Following the win, Eric Young came out, with he and Edwards staring each other down.
