ROH Wrestling Results (6/8/20): A Spotlight On Brody King

King recaps his match with Jeff Cobb and says it allows him to show he’s more than a tag team wrestler.

Jeff Cobb vs. Brody King (Replayed From ROH Death Before Dishonor)

Both men lock up and the match is a stalemate early on. They exchange suplexes and shoulder blocks. Cobb catches and suplexes King when he attempts a splash in the corner. A series of chops and forearms gives Cobb all the momentum. King gets a two count after a crossbody off the top rope. King grounds Cobb with several forearms and stomps. Both men drop each other with clotheslines. They trade forearms and chops. A superkick rocks King but he drops Cobb with a slam for a near fall.  Cobb superplexes King and gets a near fall after a standing moonsault.

A hurricanrana takes Cobb to the outside and King nails him with a suicide dive. King plants Cobb with a piledriver for a near fall. Cobb counters the Gonzo Bomb and hits King with three German suplexes. The Tour of the Islands gets Cobb the win.

ROH Tag Wars 2019 Finals: Fin-Juice (Juice Robinson And David Finlay) vs. Villain Enterprises (Brody King and PCO) (Replayed From Road to G1 Supercard)

Finlay and King start the match. King gains the upper hand, but Finlay uses his speed to counter King’s power with a dropkick. Finlay and Robinson double-team King. PCO tags in and isn’t phased by Robinson’s shoulder tackles. PCO drops Robinson with some kicks and a senton. Robinson and Finlay dropkick PCO and hit him with a double flapjack. PCO tosses Robinson into Finlay. King chops PCO to fire him up. King grounds Finlay and double-teams him with PCO. The French Canadian Frankenstein hits Finlay with a backbreaker. Robinson tags in and rallies. He hits a modified DDT on King, who suplexes him into a corner. A DDT from PCO rocks Robinson, who counters a splash. PCO clotheslines Robinson and Finlay. PCO dives onto them outside the ring.

King powerbombs Finlay. Robinson hits PCO and King with his famous punches. PCO drops Robinson with a forearm, but Robinson dodges the senton on the apron. Finlay Spears King, but King hits the Gonzo Bomb for the win.

Winners: Villain Enterprises (Brody King and PCO)

King recaps his victory at ROH 17th Anniversary, where he and PCO won the ROH World Tag Team Championship in a match against The Briscoes. King promises that Villain Enterprises will retake control of the wrestling world.
