With tonight’s NXT in the bag, the company is already preparing for next week’s festivities, and have revealed a couple of matches for fans to get excited for.
Taking to social media, NXT revealed that the NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament finals would be taking place on next Wednesday’s episode, where we’ll see Drake Maverick and El Hijo del Fantasma duke it out for the right to be crowned interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion. Alongside that, Candice LeRae and Mia Yim will also take each other on in a singles match, where LeRae will continue to try and help reshape the NXT along with Johnny Gargano.
Finally, two new Prime Targets will be made available next week, with the NXT Championship and NXT Women’s Championship both getting the documentary treatment. Needless to say, it’ll be another big episode, so make sure to tune in.
