Drew McIntyre Defeats King Corbin, Bobby Lashley Confronts Him

This week on WWE RAW, as part of the brand-to-brand invitational, King Corbin faced WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. Before the match began, Bobby Lashley and MVP came to the stage. MVP praised Corbin for his accomplishments and Lashley told McIntyre he wants his WWE Championship. “If I need to pry it out of your cold, dead hands, that’s exactly what I’ll do,” said Lashley.

With Lashley and MVP watching from the ramp, the match began. Corbin and McIntyre were evenly matched early on, and they traded stiff strikes. McIntyre dropped Corbin with a shoulder block and clotheslined him over the barricade. Corbin sent McIntyre crashing into the barricade, and Corbin took control of the match. A clothesline took McIntyre down, but he kicked out at one. Corbin superplexed McIntyre for a one count. McIntyre rallied and suplexed Corbin. He drilled Corbin with a boot and a diving clothesline. The WWE Champion hit a spinebuster for a two count. McIntyre hit a Future Shock DDT but Corbin countered a Claymore Kick into a Deep Six. McIntyre rocked Corbin with a Glasgow Kiss and dropped him with a Claymore Kick for the win. McIntyre then told Lashley he wants to fight him.
