At WWE Money In The Bank, Montel Vontavious Porter and R-Truth were scheduled to clash in a battle of two veterans. Before the match, Truth offered to teach MVP how to “ball.” Then, he actually gave him some lessons. Bobby Lashley came to the ring and told MVP to take the night off. Truth tried to evade Lashley when the match began, but Lashley quickly overpowered him. He threw Truth across the ring and dropped him with a Spinebuster. Lashle bounced off the ropes and floored Truth with a Spear for the easy win.
