Report: Another WWE Talent Under Self-Quarantine Due To Coronavirus Outbreak

A third wrestler is reportedly under self-quarantine from the coronavirus.

Following the reports of Rey Mysterio and Dana Brooke being under self-quarantine, PWTorch editor Wade Keller opened his latest show by revealing a third WWE talent is also taking precautions by isolating themselves. It’s worth noting that Keller said he didn’t see this person’s name published, so out of respect for them he wouldn’t reveal their identity. The only details Keller did share including confirming these names were only quarantined and didn’t test positive, and that the third person in question was NOT on the WrestleMania match card.

Dana Brooke was originally slated to be in the six-pack SmackDown Women’s Championship match but was later removed from match graphics. Rey Mysterio didn’t have a confirmed match on the show but he was expected to be part of a four-way United States Championship match, with current champion Andrade now being added to a tag title match with Angel Garza against the Street Profits.

Keller also spoke about the various ways All Elite Wrestling and WWE are taking care of their respective crews, with it noted that there was some concern about health and safety, but both companies are taking steps to not only isolate wrestlers but also “limit person-to-person interaction to only on-air situations” when possible.

It has been reported that WWE is taping most or all of their WrestleMania matches ahead of time so they could guarantee they will air, but WWE has not commented publicly on the event details.
