According to a recent report from Squared Circle Sirens, Aja Perera has reportedly signed a contract with the WWE. The report doesn’t go into too much detail, but notes that Perera is part of the latest class of recruits at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
The 25-year-old superstar made her debut in 2013, and has been a part of the independent circuit ever since. She formerly held the SHINE Tag Team Championship and was also the GirlFight Champion, and is a former SHINE Nova Champion. Perera received a WWE tryout in December, and from the looks of it, she’ll now be getting a chance to show why she has what it takes to perform in the biggest ring of them all.
