As reported by Post Wrestling, both Vince McMahon and Triple H weren’t backstage at WWE’s TLC pay-per-view last night.
Their absence makes sense as both McMahon and Paul Levesque have XFL and NXT duties to deal with respectively. It’s also worth noting that they were still involved with the show as they weighed-in on the production prior to the event going live. They just weren’t there to manage it while it was ongoing.
Will this become the new norm as NXT continues being weekly and the XFL launches next year? We’ll have to wait and see.
