Prior to AEW Full Gear, Wrestlezone spoke with Luchasaurus about his current injury. He revealed that it’s a muscle injury, not his tendon, which means the timeframe could vary. He knows that he’ll be back by January 2020 at the very latest, but he believes he can make it back by the end of the year.
“We already have a positive [out of my injury],” said Luchasaurus. “Marko [Stunt] got to take the spot. He really needed to be shown with our group and what he can do. Now people really understand his role, and it was his trial by fire and I felt like he passed it and was amazing. When I come back, we’re all elevated because of it.”
