Ricochet Saves Rusev From Randy Orton And Bobby Lashley

The drama surrounding Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley continues to unfold. Last week on WWE Monday Night RAW, Lana called Rusev a sex addict before she and Lashley attacked Rusev in the ring. This week, Rusev said he wanted to end this once and for all. He called out Bobby Lashley and told him Lana is his. “But your ass is mine,” said Rusev.

With Lana at his side, Lashley came to the stage on crutches. Lashley said he’s not medically cleared to fight because he tore his groin in bed with Lana over the weekend. Lana said someone has volunteered to fight Rusev tonight. Drew McIntyre came to the ring for a match with Rusev.

McIntyre dropped Rusev with a headbutt and controlled the match early on. Rusev tried to rally but McIntyre maintained control. Rusev hit McIntyre with a fallaway slam but McIntyre took over and grounded the Bulgarian Brute. The Scottish Psychopath talked some trash but it only angered Rusev. Both men collided in mid-air on a crossbody attempt. They traded blows and Rusev landed a stiff kick to the head. Lashley attacked Rusev with a crutch to end the match in a disqualification. Rusev fought back until Randy Orton hit him with an RKO out of nowhere. Ricochet rushed to the ring and evened the odds. It seems the issues between Team Hogan and Team Flair are still unresolved.
