In-Ring Segment: Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman
Heyman says his client, Brock Lesnar, is extremely pissed off. It doesn’t matter that Lesnar conquered Cain Velasquez. Heyman shows the Lesnar v Velasquez in its entirety. Heyman says as Lesnar was assaulting Velasquez, Rey Mysterio ruined the moment. Heyman show footage of Mysterio fighting Lesnar off with a chair. Heyman says he went to Vince McMahon and demanded that Vince serve Mysterio up to Lesnar. Vince told Heyman that Mysterio is contracted to the USA Network and RAW so that can’t happen. Heyman says they will be on RAW this week and no one can stop them. Heyman says as of this moment, Lesnar officially quits Friday Night SmackDown and is going to RAW. Lesnar and Heyman leave through the backstage area. Triple H and HBK are watching as Lesnar stomps off.
SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Bayley (c) w/Sasha Banks vs. Nikki Cross
Bayley backs Cross into the corner. Cross rolls up Bayley. Bayley kicks out. Cross goes for multiple pin attempts. Bayley sends Cross into the rope. Cross surprises Bayley with a head scissors. Bayley falls to the outside. Cross baseball slides Bayley. Cross walks the apron and hits a tornado DDT. Cross sends Bayley back into the ring. Bayley kicks out of Cross’ pin attempt.
After the break, Cross fires up and knocks Bayley out of the ring. Cross tries a dive but Bayley cuts Cross off. Bayley launches Cross into the ring steps, back first. Cross takes Bayley down with a flying crossbody. Bulldog by Cross. Cross goes up top. Cross catches Bayley with a crossbody off the top. Cross sets up The Purge. Banks gets on the apron and breaks it up. Cross elbows Banks in the face. Bayley blasts Cross with a running knee to the head. Bayley hits a diving elbow for a near fall. Cross tries another Tornado DDT but Bayley avoids it. Cross rolls out of the ring. Bayley tries a baseball slide but Cross traps her in the apron. Cross beats down Bayley. Banks tries to save Bayley but ends up eating a clothesline. Cross rolls back into the ring. Bayley hits a modified facebuster for the win.
Winner and STILL SmackDown Women’s Champion, Bayley!
After the match, Shayna Baszler hops the barricade and slams Banks into the ring post. Baszler obliterates Bayley with a running knee. Baszler tosses Bayley all over the ring. Bayley gets to her feet just long enough to eat another running knee from Baszler.
