Eric Bischoff Announced For Starrcast IV Appearance

Eric Bischoff is back—in the Starrcast lineup. Announced moments ago, Starrcast’s social media accounts confirmed Bischoff will be appearing at Starrcast IV in Baltimore next month. The announcement comes just one day after Bischoff was fired from his role in WWE as Executive Director of SmackDown.

Bischoff’s departure was announced yesterday in a press release by WWE. Bruce Prichard is taking over the role, and WWE also confirmed Bischoff is completely gone from the company. In his first public comments since the announcement, Bischoff offered congratulatory remarks to Prichard, noting “Bruce is a great producer, good friend and I am certain he is going to thrive in his position.”

IMPACT ‘Turning Point’, Overdrive Streaming Details Announced

PPW (Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling) has announced the following details about two of their upcoming events being presented as IMPACT Wrestling streaming events. Turning Point will air from Hazleton, PA on IMPACT+ while Overdrive will be a Twitch TV broadcast from The Marketplace at Steamtown (formerly the Steamtown Mall).

Saturday, November 9th at the Holy Family Academy, IMPACT with PPW will present IMPACT+ “Turning Point” which will air on FITE. The show will feature Brian Cage, Moose, Eddie Edwards, Sami Callihan, Mike Elgin, Willie Mack, Madison Rayne, Rich Swann, the Rascalz, Jordynne Grace, TJP and a special rare appearance from Rob Van Dam!

That is not all, as on Sunday November 10th at The Marketplace at Steamtown in Scranton, PA, IMPACT and PPW will present “Overdrive,” a Twitch taping. That show will feature Brian Cage, Moose Eddie Edwards, Sami Callihan, Mike Elgin, Willie Mack, Madison Rayne, Rich Swann, the Rascalz, Jordynne Grace and TJP.

Both shows will feature your favorite PPW stars such as Evander James, Facade, South Philly’s Finest and more!

PPW also presented IMPACT New Beginnings in January 2019; the event debuted in February on the then-GWN app. IMPACT is bringing back the ‘Turning Point’ theme for the first time since 2016. The event was held annually as a pay-per-view since 2004, with a TV special on POP for the final run in 2016.
