Carmella is no longer the WWE 24/7 Champion.
Backstage at SmackDown’s FOX debut, Nikki and Brie Bella found EDM DJ Marshmello hanging out with R-Truth. Carmella then showed up to tell Truth that she had to leave. The chat went cordial, but when Otis of Heavy Machinery showed up he scared Marshmello, who bumped and fell onto Carmella. She wasn’t ready for the sudden movement and was pinned for her belt.

Somehow I doubt Marshmello will be WWE 24/7 Champion for long.
