SmackDown’s Greatest Hits Special To Air Prior To Debut Episode On FOX

FOX will be kicking off their relationship with WWE slightly early.

As reported by PW Insider, the network will air a one-hour special on Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. called “SmackDown’s Greatest Hits.” It will feature a number of the most iconic moments in the show’s 20 year history. So, expect to see The Rock and some other WWE legends on the show.

SmackDown will officially move to FOX a week later on Oct. 4. It had previously aired on the USA Network alongside RAW, although that relationship is still strong as WWE is moving NXT to the cable station next week.
