KENTA was in an intense battle yesterday at NJPW’s Royal Quest with Tomohiro Ishii and eventually came out on the winning end. However, the victory was not without some pain and suffering.
KENTA himself revealed that he was taken to the hospital after the match but is fine and doing okay. KENTA was visibly shaken up towards the end of the match after taking a hard hit and nearly forgot to kick of a pinfall attempt in the late stages of the match. He eventually hit the GTS to get the win.
As many fans are aware, KENTA has a history with injuries such as his knee injury in 2009 and a torn ACL in 2011. Most of his WWE career was injury plagued with shoulder and neck injuries. Check out what KENTA had to say below.
