Big E. is all over Orton. Big E. tosses Orton out of the ring. Big E. sends Orton over the announce desk. Big E. spanks Orton as he had him locked in an abdominal stretch. Orton tries a splash on the apron but Orton moves out of the way. Orton suplexes Big E. on the announce table. After the break, Big E. suplexes Orton on the other announce desk. Big E. fires up and hits three suplexes in a row. After a distraction from The Revival, Orton hits an RKO for the win.

Backstage, Shelton Benjamin short-shames Chad Gable.
As Elias is talking about winning the KOTR, Owens attacks him from behind. Owens Stuns Elias. R-Truth tries to pin Elias. Drake Maverick pulls R-Truth out of the ring and pins Elias.

King of the Ring Round One: Shelton Benjamin vs. Chad Gable
Benjamin suplexes Gable. Benjamin trash talks Gable as he whips him into the ring post. Gable fires up and hits a koppo kick. Spinning neck breaker by Gable. Gable German suplexes Benjamin. Benjamin pops up and hits a lariat. Benjamin puts Gable in the ankle lock. Gable rolls Benjamin forward, sending him flying through the ropes. Gable tries a dive off the apron but Benjamin catches Gable in midair. Benjamin sends Gable head-first into the barricade. Gable hits a sunset bomb for the win.

In-Ring Segment: Roman Reigns
Bryan and Rowan appear on the ‘tron before Reigns can speak. Bryan tells Reigns to just say sorry. Reigns ask the crowd if he should apologize. The crowd responds with an emphatic no. Reigns shows the video footage from the first accident. You can clearly see it’s Rowan. Bryan slaps Rowan over and over again. Bryan tells Rowan to leave. Bryan says he hates liars. Rowan lied and betrayed Bryan. Bryan says someone else put Rowan up to this. Reigns Spears Bryan.
