The team of Santana and Ortiz, also known as Latin American Xchange or LAX for short, appears to be done working for IMPACT Wrestling. In an Instagram post on Friday, the duo said goodbye to the company they’ve been working for since 2017. “Last night we wrestled our final match with @impactwrestling,” they wrote.

Last night we wrestled our final match with @impactwrestling. Our appreciation and gratitude for every single person there who had a hand in helping us get to this point, is absolutely endless. THANK YOU for the opportunity to show the world our passion and commitment to this business. And most of all, for the opportunity to represent our people and culture on a big stage. We are forever grateful. #ThankYouIMPACT
Ortiz and Santana held the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship four times. The team has quickly become one of the top duos in professional wrestling. Although their contracts with IMPACT Wrestling expire soon, the team’s future is uncertain. All Elite Wrestling and WWE have expressed interest in signing Ortiz and Santana but nothing is official as of this writing.
