Last Week’s Monday Night Raw Results

In-Ring Segment: Seth Rollins

Rollins says he has to be honest. Last night Rollins didn’t know if he had what it took to beat Brock Lesnar. Rollins walks down to the ring not as confident as he should be. Rollins stared Lesnar in the eyes. Lesnar is a beast. Rollins says when the fans came alive last night they took him to a place he has never been before. In that moment, Rollins knew he had what it took to slay the beast. That is why he is standing in the ring as the Universal Champion. The OC interrupts. Styles tells Rollins to calm down. They are here because they wanted to be the first to congratulate him. Styles says Rollins doesn’t have to worry about Lesnar anymore. Rollins just has to worry about the man standing in the ring with him right now. Styles challenges Rollins to a match tonight. Rollins says he used to respect Styles, but not anymore. It doesn’t matter how banged up Rollins is, he accepts. Styles and Rollins share an uneasy handshake.

Backstage, The Street Profits talk about Rollins and Styles. Dawkins doesn’t look so good. Dawkins says the SummerSlam after-party went long. Sami Zayn walks in and tells Ford and Dawkins that everything sucks and everyone sucks. Dawkins asks Zayn about Samoa Joe. Zayn says Joe is the worst of them all. Joe is standing behind Zayn. Zayn turns around and tries to back peddle. Joe challenges Zayn to a match. Joe pushes Zayn into a crate.
