Trish Stratus Is Honored To End Her Career Against Charlotte Flair
At WWE SummerSlam, Trish Stratus returned for one more match. Though she didn’t win it, the WWE Hall of Famer was still honored to face such an accomplished opponent in Charlotte Flair. In a SummerSlam Exclusive, Stratus reflected on the match. “I’m so honored to have been able to go in there with Charlotte Flair,” said Stratus. “I mean, honestly an honor and a privilege to be in there with an athlete of her caliber and I’m just thankful that the girls let me dip my toes into the waters of today.
Bayley Praises Ember Moon’s Athleticism
Bayley retained the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE SummerSlam by defeating Ember Moon. After the victory, in a SummerSlam Exclusive, Bayley praised her opponent. “Ember Moon is too athletic for her own good,” said Bayley. “She’s too athletic for me, she’s also very strong, so that’s two things I knew going into it and, like, one of the reasons I picked her ‘cuz it’s been a while, since like Asuka, that I wrestled somebody like Ember.”
