At WWE SummerSlam, Kofi Kingston defended the WWE Championship against Randy Orton. The rivalry between the two men goes back roughly a decade, which made this defense quite personal for Kingston. The match ended in a double countout; Kingston rolled out of the ring after an RKO and Orton failed to get him back into the ring.
