Tonight’s 205 Live features a wild main event, as Drake Maverick – fresh off of taking down Mike Kanellis – has announced a Six-Pack Challenge between Tony Nese, Akira Tozawa, Jack Gallagher, Oney Lorcan, Kalisto, and Ariya Daivari to figure out who will have the next shot at the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.

Humberto Carrillo vs. Lince Dorado ends in a double count-out draw
This one went down right to the wire, with both Dorado and Carrillo both making it out of the ring in the match. While both superstars used the ropes and the top rope to consistently attach one another, both seemed unaware of the referee counting to ten. After Carrillo took out Dorado with a tope con hilo, he tried to climb back into the ring, but Dorado pulled him out, and the referee counted them both out. After the match, a visibly angry Carrillo argued with the referee, and then proceeded to take out Metalik and Dorado on the outside.
Oney Lorcan defeats Akira Tozawa, Ariya Daivari, Jack Gallagher, Kalisto, and Tony Nese via pinfall
There weren’t too many matches tonight, but the Six-Pack Challenge made up for it. Things started out very hot for every superstar, with Tozawa and Lorcan showing off early. As the match continued on, it was Daivari and Lorcan that ended up in the ring together, and started up their rivalry again with some chops. After the brief back-and-forth, every superstar made it back into the ring, with Nese landing a running knee to Gallagher in the corner. However, Lorcan grabbed Nese from behind, nailing a suplex to Nese and pinning him to become the number one contender for the Cruiserweight title.
