IMPACT Wrestling and AAA have had a great working relationship as of late and it just got a whole lot more interesting. She won the vacant Reina de Reinas Championship (the prior titleholder, Keyra, blew out her knee and had to vacate the belt) at TripleMania XXVII in an exciting TLC match with Lady Shani, Taya Valkyrie, Faby Apache, Chik Tormenta, Ayako Hamada, and La Hiedra.
Taya Valkyrie looked great early as she used a staple gun against foes and it looked like she was about to win when Tessa went up the ladder, bounced Valkyrie’s head on it, and then took the belt. It will be interesting to see how it bleeds into IMPACT Wrestling television as well.
