Drake Maverick On First Order Of Business After His WWE 205 Live Win Against Mike Kanellis

Drake Maverick pulled out the hard -ought victory against Mike Kanellis on WWE 205 Live last night, thwarting Kanellis’ plan of challenging for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship after Kanellis stirred up some bad blood between he and the 205 Live GM. Maverick spoke with Sarah Schreiber after the big win and clarified if he’s got the itch for more cruiserweight competition:

“Sarah, I can honestly say, absolutely not. Absolutely not. My priorities are back to being a general manager. That right there is why 205 Live the best, most physical action you’ll ever see on the WWE Network every Tuesday night, but as my duties as General Manager become priority, my first order of action is to find Drew Gulak a challenger at SummerSlam for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.”
