PWInsider is reporting that the WWE 24/7 Title will be making it’s way to San Diego Comic Con later today as WWE will be filming a match with Drake Maverick against current champ R-Truth.
WWE & Mattel will have a panel about the upcoming wrestling figure line later today (scheduled for 11:15 AM PST) and the plug for the panel is as follows:
“WWE Universe, get ready—The WWE Elite Squad is back! Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins host this year’s all-star panel featuring Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston, and “The Man” Becky Lynch. Not to mention the Mattel team, who will reveal the hottest upcoming WWE action figures. Anything can happen in WWE!”
Maverick’s reign as champ and marriage consummation plans were thwarted last Monday on RAW when R-Truth snuck in via food cart to roll the brief-baring Drake up on the bed for the 1-2-3.
