There’s a good reason that Finn Balor dropped the Intercontinental Championship. According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the Irish star has requested two months off from WWE. This isn’t due to any apparent issues with the company, he just wants time to “recharge.”
The request has been granted by WWE, but it won’t be done immediately. Apparently it will begin after SummerSlam in August. After that happens, don’t expect to see much of Balor, or his glorious abs, on your television for a bit.
