Evolve’s 10th Anniversary Show To Air Live On WWE Network On July 13

Evolve Wrestling will soon celebrate their 10th Anniversary, and they’re pulling out all the stops to celebrate. As reported by The Wrap, Evolve 131 will feature a host of WWE and NXT talent on the card, including Adam Cole defending the NXT Championship against Akira Tozawa and Matt Riddle taking on WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak in a non-title match. Perhaps because of this influx of WWE talent, the show will broadcast live on WWE Network on July 13 at 8 PM ET.

Other Evolve talent on the show include Evolve Champion Austin Theory and Evolve Tag Champs Joe Gacy and Eddie Kingston. Additional NXT superstars are also involved, including Arturo Ruas and Babatunde. You can expect more talent from both sides as the card takes shape. WWE has had a working relationship with Evolve since 2015, and many of NXT’s top stars once made their name in the promotion.

WWE has since confirmed the event plans with an official press release; Triple H was credited with making the following statement about the show:

“EVOLVE was the birthplace for many current WWE and NXT Superstars so it is only fitting that their 10th Anniversary Celebration will be showcased live on WWE Network,” said Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events & Creative.
