Mojo Rawley On His New Persona Representing Change, Not Wanting To Be In A Tag Team And Focus On Himself

While in Saudi Arabia for WWE Super ShowDown, Mojo Rawley did an interview with Arabic wrestling website WrestlingAC.com and the former “Hype Man” talked about his new persona, his aspirations for singles competition and what his current WWE goals entail. Quotes from the conversation are below:

Mojo Rawley on his new persona:

“I’ve had a lot of time to reflect recently and that’s what I’m going through on Monday Night RAW. Everybody goes home and looks at themselves in the mirror and sometimes they see things they want to see that they like, and sometimes you see things you don’t like. Right now I have a lot of work to do in my career, I have a lot of things that I did not accomplish yet. I’ve had some success, but it’s not enough for me and that’s what this is about. I have the face paint on that represents the shattered glass from breaking the mirror and bringing that out into reality. It’s a very exciting time right now for Mojo Rawley. There’s a lot of change and I can’t wait to see what happens next.”

On Zack Ryder:

“Nahhhh! I don’t like that guy anymore, I’ve had enough of him! I done with him, he’s outta here.”

On not wanting to be a part of a tag team currently:

“I’m very glad to be a singles competitor. I don’t want any part of a tag team right now. Whether it’s being a tag team champion or not, that’s fine. More power to somebody that wants it, but right now I’m focused on myself. That’s what the mirror represents; I’m focused on myself and no one else.”
