Numerous WWE Employees Viewed Super Showdown As A ‘Train Wreck’

WWE Super Showdown is behind us and another Saudi Arabia trip is in the books. Wrestle Votes had the opportunity to speak to a few WWE employees to see what they thought of the trip.

The feedback they received was definitely not positive. One employee said it was a “disaster” & the other described it as a “train wreck”. On top of that, word going around from The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer is that a majority of the WWE Superstars are against the trip but simply do not speak up. Dave said “Most guys don’t want to rock the boat. It was an awfully long trip and one person told me if it was up to him he would never go back again, but it was not up to him so it doesn’t matter. And others were just like ‘it sucked’.”

It doesn’t seem like the WWE’s trips to Saudi Arabia are getting any better in regards to employee satisfaction and the show’s overall success. What are your thoughts on this? Comment below and let us know.
