Becky Lynch was one of the guests at a Greenwich International Film Festival panel filled with sports champions this weekend. During it, she discussed her message for fans and how her frustrations both inside and out of WWE helped her eventually succeed and get to where she is today.
“All those frustrations and even being overlooked and not getting the ball to run with and everything was just more fuel and throwing logs on a fire that was sparking and sparking and sparking and eventually exploded,” explained Lynch.
However, she is now exactly where she wants to be. “This is what I’ve always wanted to do,” said the current WWE RAW Women’s Champion. “I always said I wanted to run on adrenaline and coffee and no sleep. That’s what I’m getting to do and I really appreciate it. … I know I have good things to say. I know I have a good message to get across to the people.”
When asked about what advice she gives to others, Lynch said, “Be relentless in your dreams and your goals.”
