In Ring Segment: Mr. Money in the Bank Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman
Heyman introduces us to the Beast in the Bank. Heyman says he has heard all of the conspiracy theories that they had something to do with Sami Zayn getting beat down and orchestrated taking Zayn’s spot in the MITB match. Heyman says the WWE Universe is giving them way too much credit. Heyman says if he was the WWE or Universal Champion they should be worried. Seth Rollins walks out down to the ring. Rollins says seeing Lesnar out here makes him sick. Rollins is here to be the champion Lesnar was never man enough to be. Rollins tells Lesnar to cash in tonight. Heyman tells Rollins to hit the bricks. Lesnar will cash in when he feels like it. Heyman tells Rollins to wait… just like Rollins had to wait seven hours to watch his girlfriend (Becky Lynch) main the WrestleMania Rollins dreamed of main eventing. Heyman tells Rollins to back up because Lesnar may not even want to cash in on Rollins. Maybe Lesnar wants to go to Smackdown and bring a new day. Kofi Kingston interrupts. Kingston says he is trying to establish his legacy as WWE Champion. Lesnar and Heyman laugh. Kingston says he wants Lesnar. Heyman says Lesnar will be around since Rollins and Kingston will both be in action tonight. Heyman tells everyone to stay tuned.
Backstage, Sami Zayn begs Lashley to help him against Braun Strowman tonight.
Braun Strowman vs. Sami Zayn
Zayn runs away. Strowman follows Zayn to the back. Strowman runs into Lashley. Zayn attacks Strowman. Lashley just stands there. Zayn begs for Lashley to help him. Strowman beats Zayn back into the arena. Strowman carries Strowman back to the ring. Zayn pushes Strowman into the ring post twice. Strowman pushes Zayn into the barricade. Strowman brings Zayn back into the ring. Strowman misses a Spear in the corner. The bell rings and Zayn tries to hit the Helluva Kick. Strowman counters with a spear. Strowman sends Zayn to the outside. Strowman runs over Zayn. Strowman lands the running Powerslam for the win.
