Backstage News From IMPACT Wrestling TV Tapings In Philadelphia, WWE PC Guest Coach Note

Wrestlezone can confirm Pat Buck was brought in for the night as a producer for IMPACT Wrestling‘s Saturday night television tapings in Philadelphia. Buck, WrestlePro owner and promoter, has produced matches for the company in the past and also worked the Ultimate X match at IMPACT’s United We Stand. Buck had a busy week, as not only was he backstage for IMPACT this weekend, but he also had a guest coaching stint at the WWE Performance Center and produced matches at NXT live events this past week.

Buck was not the only new producer for IMPACT, as PWInsider.com is reporting Matt Striker was brought in to work for the company as well. Striker was on hand for Friday night’s IMPACT tapings in Philadelphia, and also produced at last night’s Code Red iPPV in Queens. It’s unknown if either one will be brought on for a regular role, or how they will be used in a producer’s role moving forward.

PWInsider also noted former NXT Bull James was backstage at last night’s event; it was said that he dropped 30 pounds and looked to be in very good shape following a recent tour of DDT Japan.
