Titus O’Neil may not be hitting the ring as often as he used to on WWE RAW, but he continues to serve as a company ambassador at various functions throughout the year. This weekend, the former PrimeTime Player will be heading to the Kentucky Derby to help promote awareness and raise funds for breast and ovarian cancer. O’Neil had this to say to WWE.com about the opportunity.
This weekend I get to honor my grandmother in two ways: through her love for all sports and her battle with breast cancer. I’m honored to have this opportunity to not only help champion the fight against breast cancer but to do so within one of the most historic events in all of sports and entertainment.
Titus will also be walking the celebrity red carpet for the longstanding horse race this Saturday. There’s no word on whether there’s is some sort of red carpet preshow where we can all watch an interviewer talk to Titus about his choice of footwear.
