Charlotte Flair Breaks Silence After WrestleMania 35 Loss, Velveteen Dream Takes Shot At Buddy Murphy

Charlotte Flair Breaks Silence After WrestleMania 35 Loss

Over the weekend, Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35 to win both the RAW and SmackDown Live Women’s Championships. It was the first women’s match in WWE history to main event a WrestleMania. Flair had remained silent on social media since the loss, but that all changed just hours before tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live.

Here’s what Flair had to say:

“I’ve learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path.”

Velveteen Dream Takes Shot At Buddy Murphy

NXT North American Champion Velveteen Dream posted a video on his Twitter profile showing Buddy Murphy walking backstage after his Cruiserweight Championship loss at WrestleMania. Dream called Murphy the man who “couldn’t handle the spotlight WrestleMania week.” The pair went back-and-forth before Murphy said he “stole the show.” Dream said if Murphy wanted to really see someone steal the show, to look up his NXT TakeOver match with Matt Riddle on the WWE Network.
